Section 441
No interest, fees or charges may be charged

(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Code, the creditor shall not be entitled to charge any kind of interest, duty or fee from the debtor for giving a loan by taking possession of any property.
(2) After the creditor's interest in the mortgaged property is established, the creditor shall not be entitled to charge any kind of interest, fee or fee for such loan.
